Because I tried to whitelist the order and single files but still have the same issue.Currently unknown: Kane and remaining Nod loyalist forces have 'Ascended' I managed to do it by goint to Protection > Advanced Threat Defense > Manage Exceptions > Advanced Threat Defense > + Add An Exception > Allow any option you have in this menu. I have solved it by following hint by adding an exception in my Bitdefender 2020 Antivirus.

I also tried on another Windows 10 machine with average characteristics with no luck- it turned out that the common piece of software was, indeed Bitdefender.
